HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You may complete and submit the food vendor or retail vendor application to apply for space. Return the application with all of the requested information as soon as possible so that you can be considered equally among all applicants. Please note this is a first-come, first-serve basis.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A deposit of $1,000 will be required. The deposit may be forfeited if vendor violates any of the guidelines. Food vendor fees will be twenty-five percent (25%) of total gross sales. Event organizers will provide tent space, tables, electrical service, all permits, and sanitation stations.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GENERATOR FOR ELECTRICITY?
No, electricity will be provided for a $50 electrical service fee.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD BOOTH SIZE?
Food vendors 15 feet x 10 feet. Non-food vendors 10 feet x 10 feet.
IS THERE A NON-PROFIT DISCOUNT?
Yes, but you must provide us your 501(c)(3) form at the time of application or we will not process your application.
HOW WILL THE PATRONS PAY FOR FOOD?
Tickets must be purchased from KASH’s Kiosk and customers redeem the tickets at the vendors booth.
WILL ICE BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, ice can be purchased from us onsite.
